Refund policy
At LuxuryChessboard, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unused and in their original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@luxurychessboard.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
All approved returns, whether defective or non-defective, are fully covered by LuxuryChessboard. A free prepaid return label will be provided once your return request is approved. No restocking fees will be charged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@luxurychessboard.com. Our support team will assist you promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted if the item has been used, damaged, or returned incomplete, if original parts or accessories are missing, if the return request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery, or if damage results from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
Exchanges
LuxuryChessboard accepts exchanges. The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original product after approval and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. No restocking fees will be applied. Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at contact@luxurychessboard.com.
